Returns
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Items not eligible for return: perishable goods (e.g., fresh foods), opened consumables, and customized orders.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding approval/ rejection / partial refunds/coupons for a new purchase.
- Approved refunds, partial refunds/coupons for new purchase will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
- Defective or damaged items will be replaced at no extra cost. Please contact us with proof of damage within 24 hours of delivery.
